Ολοκλήρωση του προγράμματος Εrasmus "Hospitality and Tourism Management" , του ΙΕΚ Σιβιτανιδείου Σχόλης, στη Ρώμη (Greek & English language)

Με επιτυχία ολοκληρώθηκε από το ΙΕΚ Σιβιτανιδείου Σχολής η ροή κινητικότητας Erasmus KA1, στο πλαίσιο της σύμβασης με κωδικό αριθμό 2020-1-EL01-KA116-077854 με θέμα: "Hospitality and Tourism Management", με τη συμμετοχή  15 σπουδαστών/τριών των ειδικοτήτων : "Στέλεχος οικονομίας και Διοίκησης στον Τομέα του Τουρισμού ", "Τεχνικός Αρτοποιός-Ζαχαροπλαστικής" και " Τεχνικός Μαγειρικής Τέχνης – Αρχιμάγειρας (Chef)" & των συνοδών εκπαιδευτών, στον φορέα ΙΝFOL – Innovazione Formazione Orientamento e Lavoro στη Ρώμη, για 2 εβδομάδες από 3 έως 18 Μάϊου 2022.

Την πρώτη εβδομάδα της κινητικότητας, οι συμμετέχοντες επιμορφώθηκαν και συμμετείχαν σε workshops, σε θέματα που αφορούσαν το σύγχρονο Ηοtel Management, το Marketing in Τourism Μanagement και το  Customer communication, από εξειδικευμένους εισηγητές του INFOL αλλά και επαγγελματίες από τον τομέα του Τουρισμού. Επίσης επισκεφτήκαν το TRAVEL SHOW ROMA, συζήτησαν με επαγγελματίες από όλο τον κόσμο και γνώρισαν από κοντά διεθνείς εταιρείες και πρακτορεία στον τομέα του Τουρισμού.

Τη δεύτερη εβδομάδα το πρόγραμμα περιλάμβανε το job Shadowing των σπουδαστών σε αντίστοιχες επιχειρήσεις και διαμορφώθηκε - υπό την εποπτεία του διευθυντή του ΙΝFOL κ. Francesco Cuccari σε συνεργασία με τις συνοδούς εκπαιδευτικούς - έτσι ώστε να ανταποκρίνεται πλήρως στις ειδικότητες των συμμετεχόντων και να αποκομίσουν τα μέγιστα εκπαιδευτικά οφέλη.

Οι συμμετέχοντες, χωρισμένοι σε ομάδες, τοποθετήθηκαν στις εξής επιχειρήσεις:

Hotel Villa Rosa, Hotel Capo d' Africa, Hotel Mediterraneο, Restaurant Maybu, Restaurant la Cucaracha, Pompi - Pastry lab & La famiglia- Restaurant. Επίσης γνώρισαν από κοντά και αντάλλαξαν απόψεις με εκπαιδευτικούς και μαθητές από άλλες ευρωπαϊκές χώρες  κατά τη διάρκεια του  International meeting day  στη Piazza del Campidoglio.

Στο πλαίσιο των πολιτιστικών δραστηριοτήτων πραγματοποιήθηκαν τρεις οργανωμένες επισκέψεις με ξεναγό, όπου οι συμμετέχοντες είχαν τη δυνατότητα να δουν από κοντά και να περιηγηθούν  σε όλα τα σημαντικά ιστορικά μνημεία  στο Κέντρο της Ρώμης - Piazza di Popolo, Piazza Navona, Fontana di Trevi, Pantheon, Piazza di Spagna , την Βασιλική του Αγίου Πέτρου, το Μουσείου του Βατικανού και την Cappella Sistina, το Colosseum και το Foro Romano.

Την τελευταία ημέρα, πριν την αναχώρηση,  στον πανέμορφο  λόφο Gianicolo, πίσω από το Trastevere, έγινε η τελετή απονομής των βεβαιώσεων στους σπουδαστές και τις σπουδάστριες.

Καλή σταδιοδρομία στους συμμετέχοντες, ευχόμαστε οι εμπειρίες μάθησης, οι νέες γνώσεις που απέκτησαν και οι πανέμορφες στιγμές στη Ρώμη,  να τους συνοδεύουν στην επαγγελματική τους σταδιοδρομία.

The mobility flow, on the subject: "Hospitality and Tourism Management" was successfully completed, by the Sivitanidios Training Institude, in the framework of Εrasmus KA1 action and contract 2020-1-EL01-KA116-077854, with the participation of 15 students of the specialties: "Executive of Economics and Administration in the Tourism Sector ", "Baker-Pastry Technician", "Culinary Technician - Chef" and  four accompanying teachers, at INFOL - Innovazione Formazione Orientamento e Lavoro in Rome, for  2 weeks from 3 - 18 May 2022.

In the first week of the mobility, the participants were trained and participated in practical workshops, on topics related to the modern European Hotel Management, Marketing in Tourism Management, Customer communication etc., by specialized INFOL tutors and professionals from the Tourism sector. They also visited the TRAVEL SHOW ROMA, talked with professionals from around the world and got to know international companies and agencies in the field of Tourism.

In the second week the program included Job Shadowing of the students in related companies and was designed - under the supervision of the director of INFOL Mr. Francesco Cuccari in collaboration with the accompanying teachers - so that it fully corresponds to the specialties of the participants and obtains the maximum education benefits.

The participants, divided into groups, were placed in the following companies/facilities:

Hotel Villa Rosa, Hotel Capo d 'Africa, Hotel Mediterraneο, Restaurant Maybu, Restaurant la Cucaracha, Pompi - pastry lab & La famiglia- Restaurant. They also met and exchanged views with teachers and students from other European countries, during the International meeting day, in Piazza del Campidoglio.

As part of the cultural activities, three guided tours took place, where participants had the opportunity to see up close and tour all the important historical monuments in the Center of Rome - Piazza di Popolo, Piazza Navona, Fontana di Trevi, Pantheon, Piazza di Spagna, St. Peter's Basilica, the Vatican Museum and the Sistine Chapel, the Colosseum and Foro Romano.

On the last day, before departure, on the beautiful Gianicolo Hill, behind Trastevere, the ceremony of awarding the certificates to the students took place.

We wish the learning experiences, the new knowledge acquired and the beautiful moments in Rome, to accompany them in their professional career.
